Booking a Room

Convention attendees are responsible for making their own room reservations at the JW Marriott Hill Country. USTFCCCA convention room rates are available on a first come first serve basis, however, the reduced room rate of $127.00 per night is only available if you secure your reservation prior to the November 30, 2011 deadline. The USTFCCCA room rate is available to attendees from December 9th-18th, 2011, based on availability.

Need a Roommate?

Use our roommate request form to be listed in our roommates needed listing. After being listed, attendees are responsible for contacting the possible “roommate” and making arrangements for your stay. Only those interested in being contacted by potential convention roommates should fill out the online form. The USTFCCCA reserves the right to refrain from posting requests that are not of a serious nature.

JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country

The hotel is situated in the Texas Hill Country in Cibolo Canyons, where crystal clear streams and towering oak and cedar trees meet the majesty of the hills. The Hill Country resort features 140,000-square-feet of meeting space, the 36 hole TPC San Antonio and a sophisticated spa.

JW Marriott Hill Country is located 20 minutes from downtown San Antonio and the airport.

Hotel Activities

The Hill Country River Experience

On six acres of the resort is the Hill Country River Experience. Winding through lush landscaping of native trees and brilliant flowers is an 1100 foot lazy river. Our thrilling rapids ride is a fast moving 650 foot river ride that takes you into the lazy river. A 315-foot slide is another water experience way to enter the spectacular lazy river. A smaller pool has been designed to delight our young guests, complete with water slides and a water fountain splash area.

Tennis Courts

Two tennis courts are located at the Resort for our guest’s enjoyment.

TPC San Antonio

TPC San Antonio is proud to be the newest addition to the PGA TOUR’s TPC Network of premier clubs. TPC San Antonio has 36 holes of golf designed by two of golf’s most respected and innovative architects and World Golf Hall of Fame members, Pete Dye and Greg Norman.

Situated inside the 2,800 rolling acres of the Cibolo Canyons development at the base of the beautiful Texas Hill Country, both the AT&T Canyons Course, designed by Pete Dye and PGA TOUR Player Consultant Bruce Lietzke, and the AT&T Oaks Course designed by Greg Norman and PGA TOUR Player Consultant Sergio Garcia were built with the infrastructure to be host venues for PGA TOUR tournaments.
