

2021 NCAA Division I Men’s Cross Country All-Academic Teams
NEW ORLEANS – The Men’s Scholar Team of the Year and All-Academic Teams for the 2021 NCAA Division I Cross Country season were announced on Thursday by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).
Northern Arizona was named the Men’s Scholar Team of the Year for the 2021 NCAA Division I Cross Country season. The Lumberjacks, who maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.160, won the team title at the 2021 NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships in Tallahassee, Florida. This is the fourth time in program history that NAU has been named the Men’s Scholar Team of the Year during the cross country season, adding to their haul from 2020, 2016 and 2013.
Overall, there were 150 different programs who were named All-Academic Teams for their efforts during the 2021 season. No team posted a better cumulative GPA than Creighton.
In order to qualify for All-Academic distinction, teams must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, including the most recent grading period.
