NCAA DI mXC All-Academic Teams2024 NCAA Division I Men’s Cross Country All-Academic Teams
NEW ORLEANS – The Men’s Scholar Team of the Year and All-Academic Teams for the 2024 NCAA Division I Cross Country season were announced on Thursday by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).
BYU was named the 2024 NCAA Division I Men’s Cross Country Scholar Team of the Year. The Cougars, who maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.64, won the team title at the 2024 NCAA DI Cross Country Championships in Madison, Wisconsin. This is the third time in program history that BYU has been named Men’s Cross Country Scholar Team of the Year. The Cougars were also honored in 2019 and 2018 – the former following the program’s first national title.
In order to qualify for All-Academic distinction, teams must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, including the most recent grading period.
