

2023 NJCAA DIII Men’s Cross Country National Coaches’ Ranking – Week 3
NEW ORLEANS – A season-long 1-2 of Harper (Ill.) and Mineral Area (Mo.) CC continued in the latest NJCAA Division III Men’s Cross Country National Coaches’ Ranking, released Wednesday by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).
Showdown time is coming soon with just over three weeks until the 2023 NJCAA Division III Cross Country Championships, which will be held on Saturday, November 11, at John Hunt Park in Huntsville, Alabama.

No. 1 Harper (Ill.) once again fared well while competing against high-divisional competition, taking 12th in the White Race at the Bradley Pink Classic. It’s the third-straight meet the Hawks were the leading NJCAA DIII team. They were led by Konrad Jakubowski as former M-F Athletic National Athlete of the Week Albert Szewczyk didn’t compete.
No. 2 Mineral Area (Mo.) CC was third in the NJCAA-loaded Greenville Classic. Former M-F Athletic National of the Week Bradley Ahrens led the way with a fifth-place finish.
Joliet (Ill.) JC moves up a spot to No. 3. The Wolves were right behind Mineral Area for fourth place at the Greenville Classic.
No. 4 is defending national champion College of DuPage (Ill.), continuing a steady rise in the rankings. The Chaps finished just behind Harper at the Bradley Pink Classic.
Oxford (Ga.) is No. 5. The Eagles were just behind Joliet a week ago at the UAH Chargers Invitational.
Completing the top-10 are No. 6 Kellogg (Mich.) CC, No. 7 RCSJ Gloucester (N.J.), No. 8 Lorain County (Ohio) CC, No. 9 Hudson Valley (N.Y.) CC and No. 10 Mohawk Valley (N.Y.) CC.
