The Lobos placed three athletes in the top-9 as they went on to score 56 points for their second consecutive Mountain Region title. Over in the Midwest Region, the Cowgirls won their first regional championship since 2015 behind a 2-3 punch from Natalie Cook and Taylor Roe.
Notre Dame improved one spot to No. 4, while Alabama jumped two spots to No. 5 in the Pre-Championships Edition of the National Coaches’ Poll.
