

2022 NJCAA DIII Women’s Outdoor Track & Field Rating Index – Week 4
NEW ORLEANS – College of DuPage (Ill.) is No. 1 for a second week in a row as the Week 4 edition of the 2022 NJCAA Division III Women’s Outdoor Track & Field National Track & Field Rating Index were released Wednesday by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).
Only marks from the 2022 indoor and outdoor track & field seasons have been used in this objective compilation.

Defending champion College of DuPage (Ill.) stays at No. 1. The Chaps have 17 top-5 marks, including five national leaders – two from Lillan Buzani (1500 at 5:01.22 and 5000 at 19:11.95). Also rating No. 1 Mya Mangan (3.25m/10-8 in the pole vault) and the 4×400 (4:18.39) and 4×800 (10:45.30) relay teams.
Suffolk County (N.Y.) CC moves up to No. 2, its highest since Week 6 of last year. The Sharks have 13 top-5 marks, including five national leaders – Oceane Ode (100 at 12.56 and 200 at 25.34), Jaimee Starzee (shot put at 11.02m/36-2), Angelina Guevara (heptathlon at 2670) and the 4×100 relay (50.33).
Dropping down a notch to No. 3 is Rowan-Gloucester (N.J.) CC, which has 16 top-5 marks. The Roadrunners rate a national leader in Kara Knorr (javelin at 30.83m/101-2).
No. 4 continues to be Mineral Area (Mo.), which has eight top-5 marks led by national 10,000 leader Haley Hernandez (42:05.46).
Staying No. 5 is Harper (Ill.) CC, which has nine top-5 marks. The Hawks have three national leaders – two from Samira Rosenfeld (100 hurdles at 16.11w, high jump at 1.65m/5-5) and another from Fiona Metzo (800 at 2:28.86).
Rounding out the top-10 teams in the national TFRI are No. 6 Hudson Valley (N.Y.) CC, No. 7 SUNY Broome CC, No. 8 Finger Lakes (N.Y.) CC, No. 9 Camden County (N.J.) and No. 10 St. Charles (Mo.) CC.
Just three weeks away are the 2022 NJCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships, scheduled for May 12-14 at Hudson Valley (N.Y.) CC’s Outdoor Athletic Complex in Troy, New York.
