Cross Country Polls & Rankings
This past weekend the Stars showed their might with a dominant victory at the NAIA Mid-States Classic. OCU went 2-3-4-7-10 for 26 points and a 66-point win over No. 15 Doane (Neb.) and a host of other ranked teams.
College of Idaho and Saint Mary (Kan.) remained No. 2 and No. 3 for yet another week. The Yotes cruised to the team title at the William Jessup Warrior Invitational, while the Spires made quick work of some tough competition at the NAIA Seminole Valley Stampede.
Taylor (Ind.) jumped five spots after winning the team title at the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge, which was quite possibly the largest NAIA-only meet of the season. The Trojans edged Indiana Wesleyan by just two points in a race that went back and forth throughout the 8K distance.
Southern Oregon soared three spots from No. 8 to No. 5 following a runner-up finish at the William Jessup Warrior Invitational. The Raiders packed up well, going 9-10-11-14-23 for 67 points at the meet.
